As part of the broader operations team, our customer service roles provide support and assistance to a variety of our customers. We provide delivery/fulfillment support across all our products and services, following standard processes and procedures while providing exceptional customer service. These could include inbound and outbound support, invoice and login details.
A critical and extremely important function within the Equifax operational support strategy of the Equifax business, you will have opportunities to learn and develop your skill-sets. You will have a lot of interaction and exposure to Equifax’s service offerings, work in conjunction with multiple internal specialist division whilst contributing to numerous new and ongoing projects.
