As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for the proactive management, delivery and support of services provided to Equifax’s top tier clients. Responsibilities include client relationship management, service level management, proactive client outage, incident and enquiry escalation and service improvement.
Your stakeholders will vary internally and externally so confidence and expertise in creating and managing relationships with a variety of stakeholders is vital. You will also possess a strong ability to build relationships with clients, fully understanding their business and how we support team.
So, what will impress us?
- At least 3 years’ experience in B2B relationship management in the banking/financial services industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability in building relationships and communicating with senior stakeholders
- Self-driven and resilient
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
What will impress us in addition to the above:
- Background in IT either through education or experience
- ITIL/Green Belt certification
