The Client Executive is the organisation’s most prominent business development and strategic relationship management role. The Client Executive is charged with the task of creating a series of high quality relationships across a major financial institution in the Australian market and leveraging these relationships to protect existing revenue and cultivate growth opportunities for the Equifax business lines, encompassing Consumer and Commercial Bureau, Scoring and Decisioning Solutions, Fraud and Identity Solutions, Commercial and Property Information, Comprehensive Reporting and Other Equifax Value-added services and solutions.
The role will work closely with the GM – Banking and Finance and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to execute a strategic account management program designed to protect and penetrate the organisation’s key strategic priorities The Client Executive will actively support the initiative to significantly improve the brand profile of Equifax and help to position the organisation as the thought leader in the Information Services & Solutions and Business Intelligence industries.
The overarching purpose of the role is to develop account management strategies and tactics focused on delivering customer success – as measured by quantifiable business results for Equifax’s most valuable clients. In order to deliver outstanding levels of customer success, the Client Executive will need to leverage the deep capabilities of the Solution Consulting, Solutions Delivery and Specific Product Teams and through a coordinated approach, ensure the most effective and efficient utilisation of these resources.
