What you’ll do:
The Sourcing Specialist will not only hold a data analysis position, but rather a proactive, stakeholder facing role to identify improvements across indirect categories. This is done by suggesting new potential sourcing opportunities through knowledge of the service delivery performance of each supplier whilst contributing to key sourcing projects and purchasing and vendor governance activities for the APAC region.

What are we looking for?
- Proven experience in sourcing or contract management
- Project and change management experience
- Services procurement category experience - preference is experience across technical categories such as IT, Engineering, Facilities and MRO
- Confident, articulate, and professional communication style
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Ability to thrive in a challenging and ever-changing environment
Extra points for any of the following:
- Strong analytical skills – advanced/expert knowledge of MS Excel
- Worked within the financial services industry
- Experience in drafting contract documents and negotiating contracts to include business, price, and technical terms
