What you’ll do: 

The Senior HR Business Partner will serve as a consultant to several senior leaders across the business on HR related issues and will act as an employee champion and change agent. We want you to be able to operate at a Senior HR level, being proactive with ideas to improve the employee experience within the group you look after as well as contributing to the overall HR function.  You will be experienced in all things HR as this is a true generalist role, and the expectation is that in addition to the usual HRBP responsibilities, you will be involved in leading people related projects for the broader Regional team. 

What are we looking for?

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources
  • 7 years’ experience in a HR Business Partner/generalist role
  • Demonstrated ability in building relationships, communicating with, influencing and partnering with senior leaders
  • Experience working in medium sized corporation as a generalist/business partner
  • A natural team player and collaborator with a high energy and positive attitude
  • While not essential, experience working with Sales or Product teams would be highly advantageous
