What you’ll do:

The Operations Support Analyst will be responsible for driving operational efficiency through in-depth review and analytics of business process and results. You will be a driver of innovation and become a change champion through business initiatives, management and ad hoc business projects. You will also provide support to management of BPO vendor relationships, including training, results review and campaign designs.


What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience working in a customer service centre/contact centre environment (minimum 3 years)
  • Confident, articulate and professional communication style
  • Demonstrated ability in influencing and managing diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and reporting/analytical tools (Excel, Oracle, CRM)
  • Strong attention to detail and prioritisation skills
  • Team player but also able to work autonomously


Extra points for any of the following:

  • Financial/credit reporting background
  • Training in process improvement methodology or a combination of risk management and project management
