What you’ll do:
The Partner Manager is the owner and manager of third-party partner relationships, across all Tribes and build/support arrangements. They act as a key interface point for account and service delivery managers and ensure SLAs and operating model agreements are being adhered to.
This role requires a holistic and strategic view of the supply chain, consultant workforce, on and offshore. Seeking value and mutual success to achieve best outcomes for the business.
What are we looking for?
- Over 7 years commercial experience managing and reporting on large and complex vendor relationships, with an offshore model
- Experience in the following disciplines: project management, financial management, procurement and/or legal/compliance
- Ability to work with legal and commercial documents like SOWs, MSAs, contracts, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to discern issues and risks and represent them adequately to higher management
- Having a penchant for developing a network within the financial services and technology industries and an understanding of outsourcing related trends and best practices
- A track record of troubleshooting and unblocking issues to improve working practices (in an IT environment)
- Workforce/ resource planning within an IT organisation
