What you’ll do:
Documenting current processes across the business, helping identify improvement opportunities with process owners. Documenting improved processes considering transformation interim or target state for use by trainers, staff and customers and stored in a central knowledge repository.
Running/facilitating lean six sigma initiatives to help the business improve processes with target state in mind.
Process mapping for self-service and robotics opportunities.
This role will be pivotal in ensuring the standards for business process mapping are shared and used, using IBM Blue Works Live and governance across the business.
This role will help the Business process leader or Product Manager deliver on the process improvement program for EFX ANZ or product target state strategy and benefit realisation.
Process Analysts will need to work across the business to support their needs for process documentation, working knowledge of 6S/LSS process improvement tools/techniques and coaching/upskilling of staff.
What are we looking for?
- 3-5 years performing the duties outlined above
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, ability to work with (& present) to senior managers
- Analytical mind, ability to interpret large sets of information and communicate it in an easy to understand style
- Attention to detail
- Obtained a degree
- Intermediate Excel skills
- PowerPoint skills
- Lean Six Sigma/Six Sigma experience
Extra points for any of the following:
- IBM Blueworks Live knowledge/experience/skills
- Understanding of credit risk management, Credit Reporting Code and Privacy Act
