What you’ll do:
The purpose of the Business Process Analyst is to help the business in clarifying & measuring problems and help identify improvement opportunities with the process owners. You’ll work across the business to support their needs for process documentation and in ensuring the EFX standards for business process mapping are shared and utilised.
You will run/facilitate initiatives utilising the LEAN 6s process improvement methodology, and support coaching/upskilling of staff in order to help the business improve their processes.
You will work closely with the Business Process Leader to deliver on the process improvement program for Equifax ANZ.
What are we looking for?
- 3-5 years performing the duties outlined above
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, ability to work with (& present) to senior managers
- Analytical mind, ability to interpret large sets of information and communicate it in an easy to understand style
- Attention to detail
- Obtained a degree
- Intermediate Excel skills
- PowerPoint skills
- Lean Six Sigma /Six Sigma experience
Extra points for any of the following:
- IBM Blueworks Live knowledge/experience/skills
- Understanding of credit risk management, Credit Reporting Code and Privacy Act
