Working within our diverse D&A team will provide you opportunities to gain exposure across all phases of the D&A lifecycle and work with some of our largest blue-chip customers.

What you’ll do:

The key responsibilities of this role include regular loading and managing of core datasets within SLA, monitoring the timeliness of data supply, responding to customer queries, investigating anomalies and support internal and external stakeholder questions, and maintaining a high standard of data security, integrity and quality. In addition, the individual is responsible for identifying operational opportunities, developing processes and structure for automating sourcing of data from internal and/or external sources, develop key processes for efficient and effective data loading / tracking & monitoring of suppliers’ input. 

This role will include working directly with customers, data suppliers and internal teams to drive the implementation of new data sources and new efficiency processes for existing data sources. This position is suited to someone with good organisation & communication skills, technical skills and an eye to detail. Whilst competently adding value to the completion of team goals, the individual will have the ability to identify process / solution improvements and transformation needs, lead process improvement initiatives, and be the Data Operations lead in projects and key initiatives.

What are we looking for?

  • 1-2 years of experience
  • Technical skills in SQL, Python 
  • Good analytical skills with knowledge and experience in data visualization via BI Tools i.e. Tableau
  • Experience in working with multiple teams and external/internal client support.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, able to articulate ideas accurately and completely.

 

Extra points for the following:

Degree qualified in at least one of the following: Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or another numerate discipline or relevant experience
