What you will do:
Our Senior Solutions Consultant will be a consultative subject matter expert and responsible for business development. The key purpose of the role is to enable the identification, construction, exhibition, and adoption of complex customer solutions.
You will assist our sales team to drive larger more complex opportunities and in core is the construction of solutions and ensuring the appropriate analysis and testing is undertaken to validate the solution with the customer.
You will be required to engage resources from Sales, Product Management, and Solution Specific Solutions Consultants to drive the delivery of complex solutions for customers.
This is a customer facing role whose interactions with the customer are strategically controlled by the Head of Integrated Solutions through the Strategic Account Planning Process. Your key drivers are revenue growth, potential opportunity identification, delivery of high value solutions as well as guiding our customers through our Transformation journey.
You will have the ability to identify the various buying influences and industry issues facing the customer’s organisation, and to be able to develop and package solutions to drive benefit and return on the client’s investment.
This role can be based in either Melbourne or Sydney.
What are we looking for?
- 10+ years business/sales/technical experience in similar roles within the financial, insurance, banking, or telecommunication sectors
- Proven consultative sales experience, with a track record of being able to develop, present multi-million-dollar, solution-based sales
- Excellent presentation and communication skills and the ability to tailor presentations according to the needs and varying levels of technical understanding of different audiences
Extra points for any of the following:
- Tertiary qualification in Business, or related discipline
