This role can be based in Sydney or Brisbane.

What you will do:

Our Client Engagement Manager will be passionate about operations and go to sleep dreaming about process improvement, such as reducing time in getting back to customers about queries.

Our Banking and Finance sales team is looking for an operations excellence guru to join the team. We are looking for someone to aid the support and service of our face to face customers while standing beside the sales team. We are seeking someone who has experience in business operations and who has a drive for excellence.

You will establish sustainable relationships with multiple users and influencers within the client organizations with the primary goal of ensuring all operational aspects of the engagement are handled to a high level. The indirect impact of you building a strong operational engagement will be increased customer spend with Equifax across multiple products and services.

Our Client Engagement Manager will implement and lead ongoing monthly governance meetings with customers to ensure issue resolution and operational excellence.

You will develop knowledge of the ‘roadmap’ of relationships between Equifax and the client and define where we can add customer value.
