What you’ll do:

The Process Improvement Consultant will work with key business and technology stakeholders to identify and analyse existing processes, identify opportunities for process improvements and support the implementation of these in alignment with the business strategy.

The primary focus of this role will be to work on projects impacting the Operations area. You will help design core servicing systems to ensure both exceptional internal and external customer experience while also delivering operational efficacy.

Please note that this is a fixed term contract ending on the 1st April 2022.

What you’ll do:

The Process Improvement Consultant will work with key business and technology stakeholders to identify and analyse existing processes, design new system solutions that improve business processes and support the implementation of these in alignment with the business strategy.

The primary focus of this role will be to work on projects impacting the Operations area under the Service Automation program of work. You will help design core servicing systems to ensure both exceptional internal and external customer experience while also delivering operational efficacy.

Please note that this is a fixed term contract ending on the 1st April 2022.

What are we looking for?

  • 4+ years’ experience working as a business focused process analyst
  • Excellent process mapping, diagramming and documentation skills
  • Understanding of how software works – Salesforce/ServiceNow would be beneficial
  • Proven ability to understand the relationship between systems applications and business processes
  • Strong stakeholder management, problem solving and business analysis skills
  • High skills competence in Word, Excel and BPM style software (preferably BlueWorks Live)
  • Confident, articulate and professional communication style
