What you will do:
Our Client Implementation Manager is responsible for implementing Verification Exchange for data contributors and is responsible for driving the end-to-end contributor process from conception and mapping, through to payroll data ingestion.
You will be accountable for managing ongoing client implementations and maintaining continued focus on client success and onboarding process efficiencies. Expectations are that as part of working directly with clients throughout the implementation process and obtaining direct client feedback.
You will play a significant role in identifying opportunities for ongoing process and/or platform improvements.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum of 5+ years in a client-facing consulting / implementation role, within the Australian Payroll industry
- Proven experience of Australian payroll processes, automation, and payroll data structures
- Familiarity with payroll software applications e.g., Chris21, iChris, Ascender, PayGlobal
- Bachelor's degree

- Ability to understand and utilise new technologies quickly
- Can work independently and requires minimal direction
