What you’ll do:
The Customer Relations Representative will assist in the growth and development of Fit2Work through outstanding customer service, support and high-quality administration.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 12 months call centre experience in a high-volume environment.
- Financial services, telecommunications or utilities background.
- Understanding of or exposure to operations processing centre
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to handle customer complaints.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask, manage assignments and be well organised.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Sound keyboard skills and software skills, including using email.
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel and gsuite.
Extra points for any of the following:
- Exposure to changing environments.
- Multi-channel experience (outbound and email).
