What you’ll do:
The HR Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the fulfillment and servicing of background screening services as part of Fit2Work and for the servicing support for E-Credential. The Operations manager is a key member of the HR Solutions management team and is a key contributor to the strategic direction of the HR Solutions business.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in leading medium sized/complex operational teams.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Commercially astute with a proven track record of supporting B2B customers
- Strong interpersonal skills, personal presence and influencing skills
- Exceptional personal customer relationship management skills and outstanding interpersonal and liaison skills with all levels of stakeholder
- Ability to lead, motivate and energise people to cooperate and to perform well.
- Demonstrated experience in a busy operational environment
- Strong organisational, planning and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise work and remain calm under pressure
Extra points for any of the following:
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Background in financial services
