What you will do:
The B2C Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the development, implementation, and optimisation of marketing strategies for the Equifax suite of B2C products and brands. The role will focus on marketing areas including customer acquisition, customer retention, media buying and production, PR, and management of digital marketing channels/activities. You will divide most of your time between our three key consumer brands: Equifax, GetCreditScore, and CarHistory.
You will have the opportunity to plan, develop and execute the B2C marketing plan and campaigns across channels including website, SEM, SEO, eDM, social media, TV, and PR + optimisation, analysis, and reporting.
With one direct report, you will work on website management, planning and development and provide marketing support for Product initiatives, e.g. product development, GTM launches.
You will have a strong understanding of what successful execution looks like, and a clear commercial rationale for all strategies and initiatives. You’ll be comfortable juggling priorities in a fast-paced environment. You’ll bring your positive can-do attitude to come up with ideas and solutions to meet ambitious (but achievable) targets.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in consumer marketing
- Proven digital marketing experience in a data-driven environment
- Solid knowledge of analytics and marketing platforms (e.g. Google 360 stack, Mailchimp, Salesforce)
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
Extra points for any of the following:
- Degree qualified in Business, Marketing or Technology field but not essential
- Exposure to B2B2C marketing will be a bonus
