What you will do:
The Digital Producer will have the day-to-day responsibility of running and delivering multiple website and digital projects and BAU tasks with a service and delivery mindset. To succeed in the role, you will bring your excellent technical competency, strong project management skills, and a positive, proactive communication style.
This role mixes technical digital and design production and project management with strong stakeholder liaison - you will be managing end-to-end implementation of project briefs from concept phase to delivery and maintenance. You understand how to manage technical and design team resources and collaborate with international teams.
You will have an eye for quality and be comfortable setting and managing priorities in a busy environment to meet deadlines. You’re skilled in developing requirements, coordinating resources, wireframing, creating and keeping timelines, ticketing systems, delivery, QA, and lifecycle maintenance.
The Digital Producer will also need to be hands-on with our portfolio of Drupal CMS and HTML sites to deliver simple content changes, create product pages and marketing campaign landing pages where required. They will work alongside developers, designers, Marketing Managers, stakeholders and third-party agencies to build, maintain and optimise our websites and support specific digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
The Digital Producer will also have some responsibility for developing and executing email campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp and Eloqua.
The role will champion best practices, smart processes and implement technical solutions that address business goals. The Digital Producer will be expert at problem solving, ready to offer solutions for the team and our stakeholders. They will have a finger on the pulse with website performance and deliver clear and actionable reports and insights.
What are we looking for?
- 5+ years experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of web/digital technologies and websites
- CMS experience
- HTML knowledge
- Knowledge of email platforms and principles, e.g. deliverability and performance
- Technical on-site SEO and CRO knowledge
- Project management
- Web analytics / Google Analytics and reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Well-developed stakeholder management skills
Extra points for any of the following:
- Photoshop and design skills
- Experience with Drupal CMS
- Google Tag Manager
- CRO experience in A/B testing,multi variant testing (MVT)
