What you will do:

The role of Technical Account Manager will involve proactively managing and developing Equifax’s customers that utilise eCredential. Essential activities will include retaining the existing customer base, renewing customer contracts, onboarding new customers, and identifying new revenue opportunities. You will effectively communicate customer objectives across the business, as well as resolving any escalated issues and maintaining service delivery. In the reverse, you will be responsible for communicating trends to the customers and keeping them abreast of new products and innovation. The role will be expected to develop a deep knowledge of the industry and product and actively contribute to Equifax’s transformation roadmap by being the voice of customer internally.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Business or equivalent
  • 5 years’ experience in Account Management in Health Care SaaS Solutions
  • Proven ability in managing enterprise customers at all levels
