What you will do:

The role of Sales Operations leader is a new role in our business, and what an opportunity! The Sales Operations leader is responsible for working with the ANZ sales team to monitor, trach and ultimately facilitate them achieving their business goals. You will oversee a team that works with sales leadership to drive the forecasting cadence and effective operating rhythm for our region. A primary function of the role is to ensure the sales org is running optimally in the CRM and has the access to the information they need to achieve the sales goals for the ANZ region. The role will also oversee the Pricing and Monetization group that helps set value based pricing for our solutions in the market and coming to market. This role oversees the team responsible for tracking, reporting, and calculating the Sales Incentive Plan for ANZ.  

What are we looking for?

  •   Salesforce experience as a user or administrator
  •   3-5 years of experience as a people manager or team leader
  •   Pricing experience
  •   Experience in planning and executing key elements of Sales Operations to develop standard methodologies and continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness across the sales organisation
  •   Experience in working with sales leaders to enable strategy, and execution through collaboration on needs
  •   Tried and tested approach in implementing programs of change within an organisation, including automating and digitising key sales processes

  •   Leadership degree or equivalent 
  •   Proven capabilities in developing a diverse team to deliver key initiatives
  •   Track record in planning and executing key elements of Sales Operations to develop standard methodologies and continuously improve
