What you will do:

The role of B2B Web Product Manager is to collect and analyse feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and channel effectiveness. You will drive overall market understanding and identify customer needs by analysing market and industry research. Evaluate competitive landscape and utilise understanding of competitors to identify and articulate strategic direction. 

What are we looking for?

  • 2 years product management experience
  • Understanding of product trade-offs and ability to drive alignment
  • Manage the product line life cycle from strategic planning through to tactical activities and end of life.
  • Ensure products and releases are delivered as per market and channel strategy.
  • Monitor product adoption and use and collect customer feedback.

What will you be doing? 

  • Gathering data to understand competitive landscape and trends used to help identify potential opportunities and support overall Market Understanding
  • Assist in the preparation of element definition required to meet market needs
  • Gather data that informs product strategy and planning sessions across the Product Delivery Value Stream
  • Build knowledge in how to create business cases and define a product roadmap
  • Assist with requirement definition for product development
  • Support product development through a scaled agile approach
  • Prepare for and support product release
  • Monitor product adoption and use, and collect customer feedback
  • Track and monitor product performance including revenue and margin for the products supported
  • Support product lifecycle management including enhancements and sunsetting 

Extra points for any of the following: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, finance
  • Work experience financial services, banking, credit, telco, utilities
