What you’ll do:
The HR Solutions business is growing and is a strategic growth vector within Equifax. The Fit2Work Operations team is integral to the success of the business.
The Performance & Quality Analyst’s purpose is to assist the Performance & Quality Leader with the performance of the Complaints, Quality and Client On-boarding functions.
Key responsibilities include:
Assist Business Performance and Quality Leader, and Operations Manager to achieve quality, SLA and other key objectives and provide operational support as directed
Support and enhance Fit2Work Operations and clients experience by analyzing reporting to achieve KPI’s.
Analyze quality programs / outcomes in conjunction with Leadership Group with the aim of developing the front-line team and improving operational efficiencies.
Optimize outputs of Fit2Work Operations through identification and implementation of on-going process improvement and documentation, working in collaboration with Product and Development teams.
Contribute towards the identification and/or implementation of strategic projects to ensure results are delivered.
What are we looking for?
Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., business, finance)
3+ years working in a fast-paced environment and/or similar role
Background within financial services, compliance, or risk sector (not essential)
Process improvement experience (valued)
Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
