What you will do:

As our new Product Manager (Channel and Partnerships) you will be responsible for developing
partnership and channel strategy to assist the HR Solutions business in achieving growth. In
addition, the role will be responsible to identify, incubate, manage and scale a wide range of
upstream and downstream partners including vendors, data suppliers and HRIS platforms. The
scope will span across all products within the HR Solutions business including fit2work, eRecruit,
eCredential and ePerformance. On the channel side, the role will identify opportunities to
increase our penetration across various channels including but not limited to B2B, B2C and
B2B2C.

In addition to driving identified partnership opportunities, this role will develop a strategic
framework on which to assess the viability of new or extended partnership opportunities and
expand on HRS products’ capabilities.You will also be involved in everything from long-term
strategic priority and planning to industry trends, analysis of expansion opportunities, competitive
dynamics as well as planning and financial modelling to support investment and revenue.

What are we looking for?

  • Ability to transform ideas, business opportunities, partner feedback, and research into a
  • vision that provides a clear, useful, and desirable outcome
  • Experience in establishing partnership governance structure to ensure compliance with
  • contractual requirements
  • Methodology to onboard new partners, vendors including setting up and contract sign off
  • Ability to build modeling to demonstrate strategic opportunity, including investment and
  • revenue
  • Work history in utilizing data analytics, research, product reviews, user feedback and
  • product testing to ensure consistency and quality across all end user features
  • Ability to executes on product plans that grow customer engagement, improve customer
  • experience and drive relevance
  • Skills in monitoring product for defined KPIs to ensure best-in-class customer experience
  • Work history in an agile environment

  • 3-5 years relevant work experience ideally in product management
  • Territory or vocational qualifications
