What you’ll do:
The role of Head of Customer Centred Design (CCD) will lead an expanding team of CCD practitioners in our pursuit to keep the customer at the centre of our Product Innovation and Transformation efforts. This is an important leadership role within the Product organisation at Equifax. This role will work alongside our Product Management and Product Development teams, across the breadth of our A/NZ Product Portfolio. Close collaboration, leadership and CCD domain expertise will be required to support the creation of new, world leading solutions across our portfolio. The Head of CCD will be tasked with the review and ongoing optimisation of our CCD Program across the business. As we lead through a company wide Digital Transformation, we anticipate that this function will continue to develop and evolve alongside the business. As such, we are looking for an experienced People and Program leader to join the business during this exciting transformational period.
What are we looking for?
- 5+ years management experience
- 10+ years in CCD/UX role
- Demonstrated leadership in CCD & UX role
- Understanding of CX design best practice, trends, and innovation
- Proven ability to collaborate and influence internal & external stakeholders
- A passion for solving complex interaction problems with real-world constraints with simplicity
- Proficient in Axure, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision and other similar design tools
- Experience working in an Agile environment
Extra points for any of the following:
- Experience working in Financial services, FinTech, Banking or Telco
- Bachelor's degree
