What you’ll do:
The Customer Relations Representative will see you use your confidence on the phone to respond to client and consumer inquiries effectively. This is a high volume, contact centre based role where you have the natural ability to engage and deliver excellent customer service.

This is a permanent role, working 38 hours per week across the operation hours of 7:00am - 7:00pm, Monday-Friday. No more late nights or weekend work!!
What are we looking for?
- 12 months customer service experience, hospitality background would be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer savvy
- Willing to learn & positive attitude.
- Team player & hard working
