What you’ll do:

The Billing Coordinator will assist the Billing Operations team to ensure the billing systems in Australia and New Zealand operate to a high level of quality and efficiency ensuring systems deliver pricing to a high level of quality that is compliant with customer contracts and internal compliance guidelines.

You will be supported by a small collaborative team to complete a variety of operational tasks that will include overseeing the automated inflow of all data to ensure it is what was expected, manual billing, credit note processing, and reconciliation work including reporting for auditing purposes. What are we looking for?


  • Minimum 12 months experience in a similar accounts/finance/administrative role within a complex corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to use deductive reasoning to find solutions in a high volume environment. 
  • Process driven who has an appetite for repetitive administrative processing. 
  • A self starter who is naturally inquisitive with a desire to learn. 
  • Proactive and effective communication skills 
  • A passion to develop your critical analytical thinking skills in a high volume data setting. 

 Extra points for any of the following:

  • Working towards an Accounting/Business/Commerce/IT related degree 
  • Experience in the Banking & Finance/Fintech sectors will be advantageous
